Hello there everyone. In this post I wanted to talk about a big project that I was fortunate enough to work on during a contract gig with a global fashion retailer. It was helping them produce a detailed timeline for their seasonal marketing campaigns. We built the ultimate roadmap to nurturing fashion campaigns from a brilliant idea to lights out marketing displays in stores and online. We covered everything, from brainstorming sessions and post-mortems to make sure we learned from past campaigns, to aligning all the different teams – merchandising, marketing, photo studio, and even IT – to ensure everyone was on the same page. It was all about streamlining their operations and making sure every campaign launch could turn out as smooth and impactful as possible.
Covering everything from initial creative briefings with the CMO and external agencies, to photography planning, retouching, and getting those storefront mockups just right. We coordinated all the translations for international markets and made sure every single piece of signage and digital asset was as needed before launch. From the initial style guides to the final digital asset approvals and then the campaign finally going live in stores and online, it was great to be part of the group of presenters that unveiled this documentation to the entire management team.
